Keiko Kasza
Keiko Kasza is one of my favorite authors and illustrators. Her stories always have a bit of a unseen twist to them. Her animal characters are witty and interesting. Her illustrations add to the fun of the story. Here is one of my favorite stories:
In My Lucky Day, Fox is getting ready to go out to search for something good to eat when he hears a knock on his door. Much to his surprise, a small Pig is standing on his front porch! Dinner has arrived. This story leads us through Fox prepping Pig for his meal. But, the surprise ending, will have children laughing out loud.
