Books to make you chuckle! Read these on your own or with your mom and dad.

Rhyming Dust Bunnies by Jan Thomas

As we soon learn, Ed, Ned, and Ted love to rhyme, but what about Bob?  What is he trying to tell his friends?  You can't read this book just one time.  It begs to be read over and over.

Here are some questions for you:
What causes a dust bunny?  Why would a dust bunny be afraid of a vacuum or broom?  Is there anything else a dust bunny might be afraid of?   By the way, see if you can find any dust bunnies at your house.  Have you tried to help get rid of dust bunnies?

See this page from Jan Thomas' website, and try writing your own words that rhyme!

The Dog House by Jan Thomas

Find out what happens to pig, cow, duck and mouse when they go into the scary dog house.

Try reading the parts for each animal with a friend, and read it as if you were really scared!  Put on a show for your parents after you practice a few times.
